I have an 18" x 3" 1/2 circle pan.. any one know how much batter goes into it and how long to cook it??

I also have the 20" x 3" 1/2 circle pan...

I don't know; but you could try pouring cups of water into the pan (counting as you go) until the water is about an inch below the top of the pan ... that would be about the correct amount of cups of batter you'd need. That's a big pan ... I would definitely use a heating core like a flower nail and definitely baking strips on the outside. I have no idea how long it would take; but I'd start checking it at about 45 or 50 minutes of baking.

I found the amounts for you -
http://www.cheftools.com/library/fat_daddios_batter_capacity.pdf
Half rounds:
16 x 3 = 10 3/4 cups batter
18 x 3 = 12 3/4 cups batter
20 x 3 = 15 cups batter
