Can anyone tell me where I can find a Cake Decorating School in Texas, New Mexico or Arizona?

Too bad you didn't post this sooner. They just had their big cake show in AZ recently. You could have networked through there and found someone to teach you.

I don't know of any cake deco schools in that area. Check with the community colleges or craft stores, to see what's available near you.

Check the community colleges there should be at least one school in your area that has a culinary program. If not there are wilton classes if they fit your needs.

There are not any cake decorating schools in Arizona. There are however culinary arts schools that will teach some sugar art forms and things but mostly it's baking I believe.

There are several ladies I know who teach classes in the Phoenix area besides the local Michaels and Joann's that teach Wilton classes.
