Ok I have just starting doing tasting for people. I am wondering what types of cake to serve and how many different types to let them try. Also what size cake do you use or can you serve little cupcakes. The tasting is next week and all help will be appreciated.

It all really depends on what you would feel more comfortable with doing. I think for a tasting, one cupcake per flavor is fine for a bride and groom. Remember, it's a tasting, not a dessert buffet. If you're not charging for it, then I wouldn't put too much effort into it. Just so they can tell what it will taste like, you've got a portfolio for what they could look like.
