I am just starting out as a BEGINNER cake baker/decorator. My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and he is an avid dirtbike rider/racer so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to try something new. I've looked at the pictures in the gallery, I just wanted to see if there were any other ideas floating around in the forums. ANy help or ideas would be much appreciated!!

What about trying to find a dirt bike choolate mold and makeing that and putting it on top of a round cake and then make the sides look like a trail?

How about getting a toy dirt bike and making the cake of some type of landscape ... grass with the grass tip, and dirt made out of brownulated sugar or graham crackers. make a small 3-D mountain on dirt and put the bike on or approaching it ... or even skidding off it.
