niece is leaving her job this week to go back to her restaurant business (restaurant had burned down and they rebuilt)...she wants to leave doctors office with a platter combining candy and sweet treat...I have the candy covered (tht is what I am familiar with)...I thought of doing the brownies on the home page today with cream cheese filling,,,that would be the chocolate...now how about another easy idea for something besides chocolate...I LOVE any f the bettercreme frosting also Mel. thanks. I am in the midde of doing another order for a chocolate cake with orange buttercream icing so a bit busy...need this for Monday..thanks.

What about some sugar cookies decorated with RBC or RI?
