I am supposed to make some cookies for a Valentine's Day party for a nursery. The children are about 3 or 4 years old. I looked in the galleries, and found some beautiful heart designs but I really wanted to do something that the kids would just go " Nuts " over.

What design should you do for a child that is about that age?? Got any ideas??

I've seen some cute ones on here that are frogs with hearts in their middles. My daughter (3) thinks those are cute.

How about cupcake cookies with hearts on the 'frosting' part of the cupcake?

You should check out Martha Stewart's website for the guest she had on today. the woman made these adorable love bug (lady bug) cookies. there must be a step by step tutorial on how to do them on the website.

Thanks for the suggestions!

"Sallene " .... after I posted this thread, I found a pic of the frog cookies...and they " are " indeed very cute!! I think that the kids would like those better than just a heart cookie.

and " ESQ1031 " , I will check out Martha Stewarts website ASAP!

Thanks again!
