Does anyone have a recipe for a Red Velvet Trifle?
I'm looking to make this for my Red Hat group's Valentines day party. I wanted to do it like a death by chocolate kinda thing...I'm just stuck.
Please help!!

I haven't made this myself but it sounds way yummy. You could do layers of cake with a whipped cream cheese filling and some kind of cookie (short bread, chocolate) then top with Whipped cream.
Here is a recipe I found on All Recipes for a whipped cream cheese filling. It had great reviews.

INGREDIENTS
  1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  1 cup white sugar
  1/8 teaspoon salt
  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
1.  In a small bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
2.  In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
