I would like to make the Bavarian Cream Filling that doesn't need refrigeration that I downloaded from this site. I was wondering what Pastry Pride is, I'm from the northeast and can't seem to find it. Is there another product that can be used in it's place?
Thanks so much!!
Sandy

Quoted from site:
Pastry Pride is a non-dairy commercial product that comes frozen in 1-quart cartons. It can only be purchased at Cake Decorating Stores. It taste like whipped cream, saves you time making frosting recipes and the best part your decorated cake can be displayed at room temperature for a few hours, unlike regular whipped cream. I have put Pastry Pride to the test at an afternoon wedding on a hot day!

No, it also can be found at GFS and Smart N Final stores.
I think some have said they also have found it at Sam's Club - ask at the bakery dept.

Other similar products:
Rich's "Bettercreme"
Frostin Pride (IMHO much better than Pastry Pride from the same people)
And I've read on here in Canada they have something called "NutriWhip".
