Does anyone know how to freeze indydebi's frosting and like what to do when I'm ready to use it.

Though I have not tried her recipe I'm sure it can be fzn. Probably the best way is to put it into plastic bags and flaten it. Or in any airtight, plastic container. When ready to use, remove to frig the night before or onto the counter in the a.m. for late day use. I would re-mix it before use to get any airbubbles out. If you're using a small amount do that by hand w/a wire wisk in a figure 8 motion for maybe 30sec-1minute.
Full amount do in bowl w/any mixer.

I freeze it all the time. I just use rigid plastic containers that I buy at the restaurant supply store. I put it in the fridge the night before I need it and then just give it a quick whip with a spatula and it is food to go.
