Hi all, I am curious how long choc dipped strawberries can be kept refrigerated after they have been made? I want to make a small batch but don't want to make them too far in advance/too last minute.

Also, can cake balls be frozen? How about brownies? and if so, for how long?

Thanks, Mari icon_smile.gif

Choco strawberrries are ok for a few hours but overnight is often too long. As last minute as possible is best.

Yes those items can be frozen for months in a deep freeze. For a few weeks in a freezer that's opened regularly.

Yep, dd choco strawberries lst year. As close to last minute at possible. They are fickle little things. Especially here in FL where its in the 60's on Valentines icon_cool.gif

You can refrigerate them, but then the chocolate gets condensation on it, which can lead to discoloration or worse.

Best to make them right before you need them.
