Are there instructions for making chocolate planks here ?

when I do chocolate planks, i just melt the chocoloate melts and pour out on parchment which is taped to a cookie sheet. Kind of spread it around to get the thickness you want. Then pop in the freezer for a couple minutes till it sets up (just set, not hard). Then i score it and break it apart.

Someone may have a more precise way of doing it, but this works for me.
