Yes, I just saw today as a matter of fact about using the paper doilies instead of the expensive wrappers you see on line in another post. Just don't remember where it was. Basically you just make a template from a cupcake wrapper by cutting out the bottom and then cut a slit up the side to open it up...lay it on the lacy part of the doiliy and viola a pretty paper wrapper for way cheaper. I can't wait to try it myself. Hope this helps. icon_lol.gif

There are also blank templates available here in the galleries. Try them with some fancy-edged scrapbook scissors and scrapbook paper.
You can make them yourself for a LOT less.

You can make 3 from a 10" doily. There's one in my pics. Right now I need to find some pink doilies, any ideas where to look? I only need about 20 so uslace.com won't work for me as they only sell in large quantities.

Wow! I have not heard of this...too cute of an idea.
So I have a question I understand how they are made...persey....but do you place them in the cupcake baking sheet and cook the mix in them? Sorry...just wanted to know more and would like to try this.
