this is my first time using a Chocolate Transfer Sheet, do i need to use a Easy Melt Coating (Non Tempering) or could i just buy a bar of cooking chocolate from a supermarket because it would be alot cheaper.

Thanks

If you buy a bar you need to temper it.

It is much easier to use the confectionery coating, and not deal with the tempering.
