Quick question:

My recipe for my frosting calls for a 2lb bag of powder sugar. I get the large back from Sams, and I don't know exactally how many cups is in a 2lb bag! Could someone please help me! I don't have a scale either...thanks!!!!

7 1/2 to 8 cups in a 2lb bag.

approx. 8 cups=2 pounds of powdered sugar.

I have a very reliable book that says 1 pound of powdered sugar equals 4 cups, so you would need 8 cups for 2 pounds. Good luck! thumbs_up.gif
