I need to find a cake decorator in So. Florida. My daughter is getting married in May and I must find a great cake. I don't want to use the "regulars" Ana Paz, Edda or Suzies Scrumptious Sweets. Nothing wrong with these I just want to use someone different. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I live in Miami...have you tried a lady named Madelyn...she has a cake shop in Hialeah, FL...the name is Madelyn's Cake...she makes great cakes.
