Hi, y'all, so i have been looking for a chocolate bavarian cream for a wedding cake in august and i found the faux bavarian cream recipe from ShirleyW, and that will work great, i am just gonna make it chocolate, and with rich's cuz there is no one that sells the pastry pride around here, and from reading threads, i get the feeling it's about the same kinda stuff......so anyways........i can only buy it in the 50lb bucket, for like twenty bucks, so it's frozen, what should i do with the other like 40lbs wheen i am done with the cake !?!? LOL, what other recipes could i make with this?? Any suggestions
ok sorry, the DH just came home with a 15LB bucket for tweny, never tried it before, it's ok !! Should be a good filling with ShirlyW's recipe, looking forward to doing this, techincally my first wedding cake.
