I have a few questions about marshmallow fondant.
Can it be used like regular fondant?
Do kids like the taste of it?
What is a good recipe for it? There are several here.
Thanks for any help.

It can be used just like regular fondant! It is my regular fondant! haha. I found this fondant 101 thing when I first started and was curious about fondant. It really got me started. I add some butter extract to it and to color it I add my color when the marshmallows are melted before I add the powdered sugar. I also put everything in my kitchen aid....makes it a lot easier.(less mess) Kids seem to love this stuff!! Try it out! It is all about trial and error. I have used this recipe for every cake I have done with fondant and I haven't had any problems. Oh, and I don't think it really matters which icing sugar you use....I have used many and I have always had the same result. There are many great recipes on CC as well for MMF. I will give you some of those too!! Once you start fondant...look out! I was hooked!!!! thumbs_up.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

(fondant 101)

(some other CC recipes I heard were terrific!)
