CC friends, I have been making Wedding cake tastings for a while and I was making them "Carry Out", but was not for free. Tto make myself more accesible (and because they have questions that needs to be answer while tasting the cake)and try this new(at least to me) cake pan.
I make 24 tastings pieces in 25 minutes and it's wonderfull. Now I can offer my clients more selections without running to turn on my oven.(I wrap and storage them in freezer bags). Now I have in my freezer at least 8 flavors stand by. Hope you guys like it.

Neat idea, I guess I'll try it when I start getting wedding cake orders.

I bought the same pan and used it for my last tasting!! Everyone was so impressed by the "perfect" little cakes. They really are a great tasting size!

ETA: I didnt buy the FD one, I bought the heavy duty wilton one. It's the only Wilton pan I like thumbs_up.gif
