Hi Everyone,
I was just curious as to what kind of training you might have done or classes. I have taken the Wilton classes and want to further my skills and knowledge base. Any advice would be great. icon_smile.gif

You local community college would more than likely offer some. The one here has a culicary arts program. The pastry chefs offer classes on the weekends for laymen at a very discounted rate. (They get credit for it, and it's a really relaxed atmosphere.) What little I know (and everyday on this site I realize I don't know more), I learned there.

I am more interested in just the cake decorating training. Anyone done the Wilton Master Classes?

I am hoping to take it at the end of feb. It looks like fun. I'm just worried about spending all the money then it being the same as the other wilton classes.
