The other day while sitting in class I came up with an idea for my best friend's bridal shower cake. She's not even engaged yet (it's coming soon) and I already know what I want to make her. But, I have a question. I know I can use the candy molds like the Wilton ones for fondant, but how do I get my shape out once it's in there?

You can very lightly dust it with cornstarch or you can put just a small amount of crisco in the mold, or you can throw it in the freezer for just a few minutes and they'll pop right out.

I used cornstarch too. I also had my fondant kind of dry( lots of PS) but not cracking.
