Keep Black Fondant From Cracking

It seems every time I use black fondant, no matter what the size, it cracks. I've never had that problem with any other color. And it is the same type of fondant, just different colors. Is there something I should be doing to the black?

Try kneading in some vegetable shortening. It sounds like it is too dry.

I am having the same problem. my black fondant cracks and i have tried reducing the sugar and adding shortening but no luck icon_sad.gif
