have a cleint who wants the same frosting on a cho. cake. Would that be a good combo?

Personally, I would not like it, but, I'm not the biggest cream chesse fan around.

I made his red velvet cake and frosting for the first time last week. Everyone raved about it. Just a word of warning, you cannot pipe with this frosting. It is SUPER soft and melts easily.

I hope someone has a better answer for you.
