WOW... I was asked by a friend of mine to make a present cake for a co-worker. My friend is the morning weather forcaster for NBC here locally. My cake was not only aired twice but put on thier blog with a few other photos!! My stomache is still doing flip flops. I am by no means professional and I just enjoy doing this for a personal satisfaction. A hobby more than anything. And of course it was one of those times I just couldn't get my frosting to smooth very well. LOL. Still, I am honored. I was so excited I just wanted to share! I love this site!! Thanks to all you!

I couldn't believe the e-mails last night. I even have a well known local resteraunt wanting a cake. I am overwhelmed....all of my friends started calling to save a day....they were worried they wouldn't get in...LOL...OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I usually only take 1 cake per weekend. I ambooked thru July now...WOW.
