Hi There,

I've seen lots of posts about WASC cakes and really want to give one a whirl but the recipes I've seen call for a packet of cake mix...

I'm in the UK so am not sure which to buy as I'm sure the ones over will be different to the ones in the states...

Does anyone have any suggestions on which is best to buy over here?

I have made it with all different kinds of cake mixes. Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, even noname. They all came out fine! I am sure as long as it is approx. 500g box(ie. average) it should work! WASC recipe is amazing! I like to do the chocolate WASC version and replace the water with brewed coffee! yum! Good luck!
