I was in my local cake deco shop and was talking with the lady there about cakes... LOL and was talking about how I love making mousse filling with Pastry Pride and she uses a product from Flavor Right not sure which it is (she gave me a quart to try for free) she said it tastes better and is more stable that pastry pride. I had never heard of it before. Anyone out there use it?

I've never heard of it. But then I've never heard of Pastry Pride either. But it sounds really good.
