I have made most of my kids b-day cakes but usually just character pans that all you do is pipe on icing. My daughter decided she wanted a 3 tier zebra and pink cake for her 13th birthday. I have never used fondant or made a tiered cake before! Well after days of research and many forums mainly this one, I made her cake. It took me 2 hours to decorate, but it was a huge hit! Everyone kept asking where did I get the cake. My daughter was so happy with it!

You did a beautiful job! I'm sure your daughter loved it. No one did cakes like these when I was 13, oh so many years ago icon_smile.gif These kids are so lucky icon_smile.gif
