My friend wants 12 cupcakes for her son's class in backyardagain theme. I wont have time to make the figures. any ideas?

At one point my son wanted Backyardigans themed cupcakes too, and I started searching for ideas. I have never done fondant figures, so I knew that was out for me. This was the greatest picture I found... this lady is so creative!

Hi Mara! thanks for posting the link but the pic was deleted. I ending up going to nickjr.com and the have directions. So I did my owwn spin on thier idea. Thanks for replying! I'll post pics as soon as the are ready
