Hello--
Please help me--can somebody tell me , how to cover a cupcake with Fondant ? I tried it-but I cannot get it evenly. The sides are with crinkles.
How can I manage it?

I don't know if I will be much help... but do what are you trying to do? get the edges smooth all around tucked under? I would imagine it would be like doing a cake. When I do fondant on cuppies I use a circle biscuit cutter with the rippled edging and just lay it on... I don't tuck it under or anything just let it sit at the edge. It usually will cover all the frosting and go to the top of the paper. Does that make sense? you can use any larger circle cutter actually I just like the rippled edges on it.

HTH,

Kim
