I am very excited!

I just had a tasting with a bride who wants a calla lily cake, the one where the stems are visible inbetween the layers. Here is a link to one

The only problem is she wants it square.

I was going to get he tall tier stand from wilton, but it only comes in round.
Any ideas how to make it work?

I would use the square plates. You don't need the tall teir for this style. You are basiclly stacking the cakes. Unless she wants the separation between each layer. You still won't need the TT cakestand. I wish I could type with just one hand (other in cast) to explain how to do that. pm me if some else don't explain better.
