So generally, im pretty ocd about printing out recipies I find online or at the very least writing them out.
Well apparently around september I had a brain fart.
I found a great recipe for these oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips inside that called for no butter.
From what I remember it was oats (the cut oatmeal kind), chocolate chips, an egg, some flour and honey.

oh and yes they did get baked in the oven (they do need to be baked) and no they did not have any applesauce in them or other butter substitute

These cookies were amazing and best of all they werent bad for you.
Everyone in my family including myself and my boyfriend and his dad (the bf's dad is morbidly obese) is on a diet, so these cookies were perfect.

lo and behold I cant find the recipe anywhere.

Does anyone know of a oatmeal and chocolate chip cookie recipe that doesnt call for any butter/margerine/shortning???

oh and these were soft chunky cookies- did not flatten out at all
