Course 2 starts on monday night for me, but I've somehow managed to lose the instruction sheet from Michaels. I remember it saying to bring class buttercream, but can't remember what quantities and thicknesses I needed. Can anyone help??

Thanks!

I found mine never took Wilton so if you tell me where to look I can tell you what you need.

In reviewing the first lesson in Course 2 it doesn't actually have a list of what to bring to class but the focus of the first class is buttercream borders and flowers. I would bring 1 batch of buttercream (medium consistency) divided and tinted in several colors. The book has pink, blue, yellow and a very small amt. of green. HTH.

Okay I think I have it;

one bag medium consisistency - Shell border They don't say yellow but they show then doing it in yellow HTH
Rosettes medium consistency - this is shown in pink
Reverse Shell medium consistency - this is shown in light purple
Rose bud is shown in light pink stiff consistancy
Calux and sepals green, thin consistancy -

Anything else let me know.

You will need stiff, med, & thin icing. I'm not sure of the exact amounts, but you will need mostly med. Maybe 1/2 cup of stiff and very little thin.
