I have seen a gazillion pics of amazing cupcakes that have perfectly smooth tops & I would love to know how to do it.

Is it fondant? Is it heated/meltedfrosting? rolled buttercream? Magic ?!?!?!

Please someone let me in on the secret. Let me into your SMOOTH club. Open sesame.....

I never understood how there was never anything on the cupcake liner either.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I wanna be part of the cool cupcake club too!

You smooth them the same way you do a cake. Some have fondant on them or rolled buttercream.
