I made a chocolate stout cake using Guiness sour cream and it was so dense and moist, from the sour cream I suspect.
I want to make cupcakes like it, but do not want to have the Guiness taste (my mom won't like it). I was hoping to use one of the chocolate cake mixes I have for convenience but am having trouble finding a modified recipe. I do have dutch cocoa powder if anyone has a scratch recipe.
I am open to anything! Anyone?
how about any good moist chocolate cupcake recipe? I don't usually make cupcakes, and when I use my cake recipe they sometimes turn out dry...
