I like the Hershey recipe- it is on the back of the cocoa can. Very rich and yummy!

I really like this one. It is very good and easy. It does not crust.

Thankyou for your replies. I will be trying the CC one just wondering what type of chocolate syrup- the one that they use on icecream etc) Have to ask because I'm in Australia and sometimes we have different names for ingredients. THe Hershey one unfortunately I cannot use because we don't have Hershey brand here. And the last one Well Decorated Cake I actually have the book and am going to go and dig it out and try.
Thankyou again.
Merry Christmas

I did use the Hershey brand of chocolate syrup. If you have a high quality equal product there, I'd try it. Good luck, I am sure it will be delicious.
