Hi, I was wondering how you convert the recipe for the NFSC dough. I live in the UK, so we use pounds and oz, I don't know the amounts conversion for cup etc.

Can anyone please help

I Live in the UK and I have the recipe converted to English measurments. I'm at work now but if you send me a pm when \\i get home I'll pass the recipe over

1lb 10oz (725g) plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
1lb (450g) butter
14oz (115g) sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tsp salt

I'm not that good at cookies myself but I made a half sized batch of this and they worked quite well
