The vast amount of knowledge available on CC and all the helpful individuals who jump right in to help out with any question. And to Heath and Jackie for allowing this to stay a free site (no paid membership.) That's awesome guys!
I love the fact that I have learned so much and have tried things I would never have tried had it not been for CC. Got to love Heath and Jackie for keeping this site free and doing all of the upgrades and upkeep to keep it running smooth.
I also love the friendships I've made her on CC.
1. Cake Central - I never ever get tired of looking through the galleries. I love all the cakes. I love all the ideas and things I've learned and all the wonderful decorators who are so willing to share. This site is just too awesome for words.
2. Buttercream decorated cakes. There is something about cakes done with fancy borders and buttercream flowers and pictures that I love. Have you seen cakery's cakes. If you haven't, you should, she is a master.

1 Hour on CC equals 8 hours of class time!! Look at all the time I've saved!LOL!!
A special love and thanks for CC allowing others to advertise classes for us 'commoners' to attend so that we can learn more!!
All of the tutorials and videos - from Aine to Toedna - they are all fantastic!!
The galleries and the descriptions provided are pure gold in my book!
And then there are the Forums - from fun - to invaluable lessons - to business help on how to handle 'those' customers - to sharing our faith and prayers.

My number 1 is the forums, don't get me wrong, I love caking, but I feel like I have a family member that I can talk to at anytime of day, and ask questions to and that is the most important thing to me. Thank you all for being supportive and bless you all, your talent is just unbelievable.
2. Tonedna's gumpaste tutorials rock!!!! So detailed and hubby will sit there and watch it with me. 
3. Debi's icing, my family loves it. ( they moved onto chocolate because it's the holiday season, but i'll make it for them soon
4. Janh, no matter what the question is, Jan has got more than enough answers. (I need to fly you out here because my sister in law asks way too many questions)
