Smart Balance And Nfsc ?

I am going to try making NFSC's tonight for the first time and only have Smart Balance 50/50 salted and unsalted on hand. Has anyone used this brand with success? What brands have you found do not work when making NFSC's? Thank you!

I have! It worked great!

I did a version with Smart Balance, Egg Beaters, and White Whole Wheat flour. They turned out great!

I believe I used both the stick, and tub.

I think I have some pictures in my gallery on here.

I know I did the "Go Red" dresses with this combo.
