I have a lady who is wanting to sell cookies for a fundraiser, she would like to buy them from me for .50 to .65 and sell them for a $1.00. I thought spritz cookies but I woould to do sugar cookies as well. Any ideas PLEASE?????

50-65 cents is a pretty low budget for an iced cookie, a large cookie or anything labor-intensive. Her options should be something simple...like the spritz cookies you mentioned, or even something like scoop and bake types: choc chip, oatmeal, peanut butter, etc?

Does she expect you to package them too? I hope not!

Do some oatmeal cookies. I think those are the cheapest since some recipes only call for veg oil instead of butter. I agree with Antonia74's (and not just because that's my middle name either) comment. Don't spend too much money.
