Hi,

My standard recipe for marshamallow fondant is 16 oz. of little marshmallows, 2 tbsp. water, up to 2 lbs. powdered sugar. I read someone's post to add 2 tablespoons of glycerine to make it more pliable. I tried it and liked the result, but my mmf ended up being too pliable.

Does anyone else add glycerine to your mmf? If so, how much?

Thanks!

Thanks for the tip! I have never used glyserin to my mmf fondant and I use the same recipe as m1m.
