Hey CC!

This is probably a silly question but I honestly have never tried it before! I need to make two 6" round cakes and I was wondering if putting 2 of them in the oven at the same time....jeoprardizes them. Will I need to up the temp or the cooking time? I have a 1 yr old convection oven. Regular kitchen size in my home.

You'll be fine. Just place the pans in the oven so that they're not touching to allow the air to circulate freely around each pan.

I have the Dacor Wall Convection oven and I've baked up to 4 cakes in it. I use position 2 and 4. Make sure you have space between your pans and the sides of the oven.

Even though it's convection and should bake evenly mine doesn't so I rotate them after they've been in for about 2/3 the baking time.
