Police Academy Graduation Idea Please!

My friend's sister just graduated from the Police Academy and I am making a cake for her to congratulate her. My friend is leaving the design up to me (and I wish she hadn't), but wants something with a replica badge, hand cuffs and something else. I would kind of like to do something more than just a cake with those decorations on top. I would like to do a shape or something. I also don't know what that "something else" decoration should be. This cake has me stumped and it's due this week! PLEASE help me come up with an idea!!! Thanks a bunch!
Get the badge and keep enlarging it until it is big enough. Use a paper pattern to cut the shape.
"Something else" could be a night stick? That's about all I can think of.
Oh, you can have so much fun with this one!!! How about.....

(you could add the handcuffs to this one!...maybe make it more blue for easier fondant coloring....)

This one's Perfect!!!
Can't wait to see what you come up with!! Good luck!!
I think you should make a police hat with the badge and handcuffs out of gumpaste. Then for the cake board make it white with black bars on it to look like a jail bars! I think that would look really cute! And if your ambitious, make a gun or a can of mace or something.
I love the jail bars idea!!!! I was thinking of making a gun, but my friend wasn't really sure she wanted one. I don't know why, maybe I'll check with her again.
LOL! I should totally add a donut w/ pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles like Homer Simpson eats!!!!
Thanks for everyone's help! I finally made the cake and she ended up deciding that she wanted a badge shaped cake. I think it came out pretty good. It is in my photos if anyone wants to look!
