Finally I'm going to try to make SMBC for my next cake, I saw the utube video and I was wondering how far in advance can you make it and how to store it, is it freezable or is not recomended. I just need to know if it better to use it freshly made and what to do if I have leftovers. TIA!
It can be frozen. Just bring it back to room temperature and rebeat before using.
