I have an awesome recipe for coconut cupcakes but they are really heavy like a pound cake. I am looking for an awesome coconut cake and filling recipe that is moist and light and fluffy. Bobby flays looks awesome but too many steps. Please help. It does not have to be from this site.

when i make my cocnut cake i use white cake mix. Follow the directions on box, but substitute coconut milk for reg milk. Then I add a box of coconut pudding, adding the extra 3/4 cup reg milk. It's moist and so yummy! For the filling I use bc mixed with coconut extract and coconut flakes.
