What whipped icing recipie has the closest taste to Walmart? My customer wants something smiliar to the whipped icing on the cakes at walmart. I have never made whipped icing before!
Of course I told her mine would be BETTER than walmart lOL

If you go to Sam's they sell it in their bakery section....they are a part of Wally Mart so I think it would be the same icing?

the whipped icing at sams or walmart... they sell it at sams in my area.... is bettercream... not buttercream..... i buy it from a friend that owns a cafe... i can get it in the vanilla in qt. size... half gallon size for chocolate... you have to whip it your self... very good... you have to buy it in larger container at sams already whipped.. you have to go and talk to them at the bakery to let them know you want it... hth
