I have some MMF leaves I have cut out, and would like to add some streaks of color. How can you paint on MMF?

I have americolor gels. Do you add water or alcohol to them before painting on the fondant?

Use alcohol, it evaporates quicker and doesn't leave a taste. Rock gut vodka works great! You only need a little bit. HTH

stsapph is right - use alcohol. Water will make the fondant kind of melty. You can also use clear vanilla extract or almond extract if you don't have the hard stuff on hand.

Definitely alcohol (I use the cheapest vodka I can find). A little color goes a long way!
