Does anyone have any cake collaring experience? I am wondering what to use as the collar, how to keep it together. and how to flip it once completed? Also, how high can you go? Seems some of the CCr's from over the pond have done this before maybe? Would love to use this method for some of my 3d stuff. TIA

I don't have any experience myself and I'm not sure if you are looking for anything more sturdier but I do remember reading something about it in the articles section before I think parchment paper was used.
