I am doing a 8"x4" and a 6"x4" cake with pirouette cookie wafers around them. How many tins of pirouettes would I need? These are not available in my area so I have to order them in and don't know eactly how much one can/tin from Pepperidge Farm brand will cover. Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

Hi Jenna,
I just did a pirouette cake. Mine was a 3-layer 9" round (they layers all added up to about 5" tall) & 2 cans was JUST enough to cover mine. The cookies are about 6" tall. I'd say you probably need about 3 cans... but I'm not positive. (I'm not great with measurements). Also, make sure you have enough to allow for breakage.
