I have a couple of cakes to do next week. To be precise three cakes the day before thanksgiving. I just tried making SugarShack's Buttercream and I really like it. My question is how well does it freeze? and whats it like when you thaw it out? I would like to make my icing and freeze it until next week. I have never frozen this kind of icing before and I think I read somewhere on here that it doesn't do so well.

Yes! It certainly is fz'able. It handles just as well after fz'ing.
Be sure to thaw it like the night before needing. I highly suggest you re-whip it slowly before using.
