Hi there! I am planning to make the Colette Peters fish cake -- it has candy lemon slices on the serving plate and I think that is so cute that I really want to do that too.
I haven't seen those lemon slices to buy and was wondering if anyone knew if I could make my own by candy-ing real lemon slices?
I am hoping it is possible to do that simply and if that's a good idea or not? Thanks if anyone knows!
