I can't believe anyone would risk their restaurants good reputation like that. Not to mention the complete disregard of basic food safety and risk of food poisoning.

I love this.We all should carry around a copy of this to give to those people who say things like "how hard can it be?" or "why does it take you so long" and "can't hou just whip one together for me?" sheesh..... We can respond with "Why don't you make it yourself?" and hand them a copy of this story. I love it.
